Delivery & Returns

We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $3.99 for all U.S. orders, no matter the size. All orders are shipped via Standard Shipping for fast and reliable delivery.

Processing Time:
Please allow 1–3 business days for processing before shipment. Weekends are not included in business days.

Shipping Time:
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Returns

We want you to feel good about your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in original condition, unused, and in original packaging

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

To start a return, please contact us at shop@strengthwithinclub.com. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping Disclaimers

  1. Changes to your order: Once your order is shipped, we cannot modify it. This means, we cannot change the delivery address, shipping method or items) within the order.
  2. Verify your shipping address: Please make sure to verify your shipping address before completing the checkout to ensure a smooth delivery. We cannot replace or refund orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  3. Lost, stolen or missing packages: Once your order is shipped, we no longer have control over the delivery. If you believe your package is lost, stolen or missing, we recommend opening a claim with the shipping courier.
  4. Refunds: We do not issue refunds to orders that are scanned "Delivered". If your tracking is showing your package was delivered but you have not received it, we suggest contacting your local post office and opening a claim.
  5. Tracking numbers: Tracking numbers can be found within your shipping confirmation email which is sent to the email address used to place the order. Tracking numbers may take up to 72 hours to validate.
  6. Return shipping cost: In the event you need to make a return, we do not cover return shipping costs. We will however issue a return label that will be deducted from your refund.
